Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Chinese public holidays).
- Orders received before 4:00 PM Beijing Time will be shipped the same day
- Orders received after 4:00 PM Beijing Time will be shipped the next business day
- During holidays and peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), order processing time may be extended to 5 business days
2. Global Shipping Information
We ship from our warehouse in China to worldwide destinations. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.

Important Note: The above delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance time. Actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather conditions, holidays, or other force majeure factors.
3. Customs Duties & Taxes Policy
European Union (IOSS Compliant)
- Orders ≤ €150: We are registered for IOSS. VAT will be collected at checkout, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery
- Orders > €150: May be subject to import duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery
United Kingdom
- Orders ≤ £135: We are registered for UK VAT. VAT will be collected at checkout
- Orders > £135: May be subject to import duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery
Rest of World
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, all losses will be borne by the customer.
4. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically send the tracking number to your registered email address
- You can also view real-time logistics information in the "Order History" section of your account
- Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update
5. Shipping Issues Resolution
Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact our customer service team within 15 days after the estimated delivery date
- Please provide your order number and relevant photo evidence
- We will arrange a reshipment or issue a full refund at your option
Shipping Delays
- If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us
- We will assist you in tracking the shipment and provide a solution based on the actual situation
- For significant delays, we may offer a 10%-20% discount coupon as compensation
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order
- If you need to change your address, please contact us before your order is shipped
- If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, all losses will be borne by the customer
6. Special Notes
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
- Some countries and regions may have shipping restrictions due to local policies. Please confirm before placing your order
- Prohibited items: Flammable and explosive materials, liquids, powders, animal and plant products, weapons and imitations, etc.
